Youngstown Goodwill Apartments is a nonprofit organization managed by Youngstown Area Goodwill Industries. Goodwill Apartments opened its doors in 1981, and is located at 3531 Hillman Street in Youngstown. It offers 100 units (1&2 bedroom) to individuals aged 62 or older or individuals with physical disabilities in need of housing. All 100 units are designed to be barrier-free. Several units offer a drive-in shower for those who are confined to a wheelchair.

Special features for accessibility include drive-in showers (40 units), grab bars in bathrooms, under-counter access for wheelchairs, washers and dryers on each floor, elevators, raised lettering on signage, low light switches, emergency alarms and a secured building and parking area.

Section 8, rent subsidy is available to those who qualify.
