Several of the doors were replaced in the past few years, and these additional doors will complete the project.  The three exit doors to be replaced are located throughout the plant.  They are metal security doors that have begun to rust and threaten building security. In addition to these doors, the doors to the courtyard will also be replaced.

The evaluation unit was in need of tables and chairs that were more appropriate for use by people with disabilities. The new tables and chairs will be more ergonomic and accessible to people with disabilities, and will accommodate 15 people.

Youngstown Area Goodwill Industries employs and provides vocational rehabilitation services to people with disabilities and other barriers to employment. Also provided are Radio Reading services and various other social services. Through its services Goodwill helps people overcome barriers to employment and become independent, tax-paying members of the community. Goodwill operates seven stores, two donation centers, and a used car lot. All proceeds remain with Goodwill and stay in the community.
