For more than 130 years, Youngstown Area Goodwill Industries has been part of the fabric of Eastern Ohio and Western Pennsylvania.
While many people know Goodwill for its thrift stores and donation centers, our nonprofit mission reaches far beyond retail.
Through workforce development, job training, education, vision services, and community resources, we're helping people overcome barriers and discover new opportunities.
Our Career Services programs help individuals prepare for employment and develop valuable workplace skills. Programs like A Good Start provide job readiness training, hands-on experience, and practical support.
Our vision services help make information and opportunities more accessible, while partnerships with other organizations connect people to resources throughout the Mahoning Valley.
