Youngstown Area Goodwill Industries, in partnership with the Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber, conducted a community needs assessment starting in June 2024.
The purpose of this study is to determine what are the issues and challenges facing workforce development in the Mahoning Valley. Goodwill’s local service territory included in this study covers Mahoning, Trumbull, Columbiana, Mercer (PA) and Lawrence (PA) counties.
